We pride ourselves in supplying only the finest of firewood. All our firewood is sourced from sustainable suppliers. We then stack and air season our wood until the moisture content is <20% moisture. We check this throughout the season to ensure that the moisture content doesn't drop too low! A moisture content of <10% will actually cool the combustion temperature and lower the flue temperature.
Our typical mix is Ash and Birch. We believe this mix of the 2 finest hardwoods makes the best firewood.

Mobile firewood Processing
Do you have a tree that has come to the end of its life, or a tree felled by strong winds?
We can offer the complete service and turn your dead tree into firewood. Our very capable, mobile processor utilises a powerful 20 ton hydraulic ram that can split up to 16" diameter.
This can split up to 6 logs at once and can produce firewood at a rate of approx 1.5-2 cubic meters of firewood per hour dependant on the wood.
